At Just Sweat, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review this policy before sending anything back.

Eligibility for returns

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or is not as described.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with tags attached, where applicable
  • Returned only after we have approved your return request by email

Please do not send a return until we have confirmed next steps with you.

How to start a return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will reply with return instructions if your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for eligible items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, we may deduct standard shipping costs from your refund where applicable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after we issue it.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items not reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
