Can I return an item?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or is not as described. Email jsweat@justsweatnj.com before sending anything back — we’ll reply with return instructions if your request is approved. See our Refund Policy for details.

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Standard shipping is $9.99 on orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free US shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after you place your order. Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking when available. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.

How do I place an order?

Choose your size and color on the product page, click Add to cart, then go to checkout and complete your shipping and payment details. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

What if something is wrong with my order?
